On the one hand, we all want to be happy. On the other hand, we all know the things that make us happy. But we don’t do those things.
Why?
Simple.
We are too busy. Too busy doing what? Too busy trying to be happy.

Hello, I am Rakesh Kalra. I have more than 15 years of experience working on IT projects, where I have worked on varied complexity of projects and at different levels of roles. I have tried starting my own startups, 3 of those though none of it were successful but gained so much knowledge about business, customers, and the digital world. I love to travel, spend time with my family, and read self-development books.
I asked developer working in my team to resign or I will terminate his job as his performance was not upto the mark. Do you want to know why I did that?
How do we judge world around us? Does it depends on how people really or or does it depends on how we really are?
I booked a cab and I was dropping my daughter to her school. On my way to her school, I saw a son clinging to his father's shirt with both hands, while his father was driving the scooter. I felt nostalgic and to be honest I had tears in my eyes.
