Ever happened to you that you went for buffet breakfast/lunch and by the end of it you feel your stomach is hurting, all the food which you were finding tasty at the start of buffet doesn’t taste that great anymore. And you really wished, that instead of picking everything on plate, you should have picked only few items.
Life is same, we have so many things to do: watch our favorite TV shows, spend time with family, reading your favorite book, work for office, grow in your career, following our hobby, spend time on social media etc.
If we try to do everything together we will not be able to achieve anything and feel dissatisfied. Like trying to scroll social media while watching TV, checking your emails while sitting with you family, planning your vacation while trying to work. What we end up with is a buffet, we did the things we wanted to do, some of it were our favorite things but we didn’t enjoy anything.
What’s the solution?
Acknowledging the problem and realising there is really a problem to be solved, is the first step towards solution.

Still if I have to give you a hint, I will say find solution to the buffet problem, that how you make sure when you go for buffet you ensure that you stomach don’t hurt by end of it, and you feel satisfied.
